  • 1 lb Atlantic Salmon (skin-on or skinless)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon (zested + sliced)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs (like dill, parsley, or thyme)


Directions


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Prep the salmon: Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.

  3. Add lemon slices on top for extra brightness.
